Tucson can hit 110o easily in the summer and it goes higher west of there on the Colorado River. I've been through Blythe, near the California border, when it was 115o.
We've had 26 days of 100 or higher in a row (that's all of July except the first) and we've had something like 32 days over 100 total. We are really really tired of this.
