I'm IN Vermont. Been here 44 years now. It's fully as beautiful as it's sold to tourists as being, and we've been, in general, very happy here. But there is this problem with the government being dominated by liberals of the more romantic sort, who have passed such a passel of environmental regulations that private business, and therefore remunerative employment for most people, are being driven out.

My kids went to Bozeman, MT, both of them, and are doing well there.

I would like to live there too, but have a trailer somewhere on the Florida Keys to retreat to when I got sick of skiing and shoveling snow.
