SRS, I think it has run its course. The TP has made a horse's ass of itself. Really, how long did people think the Palins and her ilk last? They have blown their wad and along with it their credibility. I sewe them as little different than the third parties that emerged in the 1960s and 1970s. Perot, Chisholm, et.al.

America has problems caused by money--namely, where it is and how it got there. I see that as seminal to any discussion of politics at the federal or state level. Steal a thousand and ya go to jail. Steel a few billion and you OWN the jail where you ain't going.

As long as voting follows party lines, the American system will go as is, and the same people getting screwed by Republicans will then be screwed by Democrats. imo.
