Where I work, an ED -itor's job is hardly ever to make things LONGER or HARDER to read to give the THICKER among us even more trouble or show us up as even BIGGER BOOBS, but rather to spot typos and grammatical errors and fix them.
Some are spe- CIALIS -ts in VIAGRA -mming sentences and enforcing correct grammar, while others concentrate on improving readability. It all DEPENDS.
