Once you've got everything sorted - landlords, camping etc - please can you put all details on here AND on Facebook [with link if you can]? As an aside - some schools west of the border have asked staff NOT to use Facebook because of the inherent danger of putting their feet in their careers etc, so some of your potential audience ISN'T on Facebook.
