LT has been having financial problems for a while and didn't publish at all for more than a year. It seems to have bounced back recently with 3 issues appearing more or less on time. Unfortunately, I think us paid-up subscribers were treated badly during the non-appearance and communication was woeful. There's no excuse for that, these days, with web sites and e-mail. I won't be re-subscribing.
