Found all kinds of sound files, seems it is a Czech tune from the early 1900's. Also found links to a TV show and musical, like Mario did. Checked the Levy site, too. This link (Click) says, "if you listen really close you can hear a fan singing along". Didn't try to play it, so don't know. Good Luck!
