Good approach LH. But, after 40 years, two packs a day for a while trying to keep myself afloat in a VERY stressful career, I dunno if I am gonna go with ONLY that. It will be a part of it, but I wanna be well armed in this fight... that's why I took the course. And, I have learned tools to help me. Now, as A said, there sre some "tools" I could do without but there it is.
