Your statements continue to claim that he has notbeen in touch wit outside organisations - evidence strongly sugest that he has.
Show me that this is not he case.

Oh yes there are plenty of organisations that warrant thorough investigation and the fullest prosecution by the authorities I couldn't agree more. The sooner they get on with it the better, but when it comes to prioritising in line with the degree of threat and capability that each pose, I know the ones that would come top of my list. "
