I peeled and sliced two of my garden eggplants, sauteed them and now they're on wax paper in the freezer. I'll bag them later. I'm trying to not throw out garden produce, but it's still to hot to feel like doing much cooking. I'll slice some peppers next.

Gotta move a trunk out of my office. Where to put it? Will report back.
