Obviously Oscar's onanism: the solitary vice he practices in his very appropriate garbage can, the reason he's covered with green hair (just look at his hands and you'll see!). His very "grouchiness" is a symptom of this Pernicious Vice; his love of garbage and filth shows how far he has fallen.
