The U.S. 11th Circuit Appeals Court (Atlanta) ruled that Obama's health care provision requiring Americans to buy insurance is unconstitutional. Essentially, it ruled that Americans could not be forced to buy the health care insurance.
It also ruled that the rest of the law could remain in effect.

The ruling stems from challenges by 26 states.

The next stage is the U.S. Supreme Court.
