I hope it's nice gentle rain that will soak in. Too much too soon onto hard ground and....well, let's not go there.
I'd just be glad of a few sunny days to dry things out a bit. I'm hoping to visit a garden open for charity this afternoon, but I may put my wellies into the car just in case! Some of these bigger gardens have wild areas, where it will be quite damp. (It's also an excuse for plant buying, and tea with home made cakes).

There's s sign of intent on the building front - trestles with boards to stand on have been set up by the back wall. which is higher at the moment, and doesn't have any windows to worry about. I'll see if anyone turns up tomorrow. (Weather permitting).

It's just boringly grey here at the moment, with light rain/showers forecast. Very typical of a British holiday season, really! I'm off to Whitby for the week next Saturday, so I hope it picks up again for that.
