Dear Lynn and all others. I must explain the so called "Irish tape". I am originally from Los Angeles where I bought it when it became available as a commercially made reel to reel tape. I believe it to be produced from the original master tape for the vinyl record. After my retirement as a broadcast engineer from NBC in Burbank I moved to Dingle in southwest Ireland bringing all my belongings including my collection of tapes and the machinery with which to play them.
