My partner ordered a guitar strap from this American company , by internet ,on the 6th August. It still hasn't arrived , although they've taken the money . She's tried 'phoning ,and someone said that they'd get back to her , but they haven't ; has anyone else out there had any dealings and /or problems, with these people ??
