The dishwasher needed running again, I hadn't done it for a couple of months, so I washed a load of dishes in it this morning. The aim in using any appliance now is to do it before it gets too hot out. The washer is the only thing with a timer, it would be useful on the dryer, on the hot water tank (I'd love to turn it off for several hours a day), etc.

Back to work today after several days off. The semester starts on Thursday for me and for Moonglow. My son started back to classes yesterday. The next couple of weeks are dedicated to the last few days my boss is in the office, so I need to drive over more, and I need to bring things back from Dean's house to store here. This evening I'll put up shelves in the garage for the first few batches of things.

How's it going for everyone else? Other than Kat and Morgan, is anyone else impacted by the new school year?
