With all this strange, extreme weather happening on the east coast, I'm doing some cooking ahead today. Why? I imagine we will be having some power outages in the near future. If not, I'll have extra food to freeze...no biggie there!

We will be able to cook on the grill but I HATE to handle meat if I can't wash my hands. It just makes me twitch. ;)
