One thing that really didn't work: the Wailer. A daily news sheet is a good idea, and the content is exactly what's needed, but you can't actually get a copy. The last few days there were never any in the craft fair (which is the only place I knew of to get one), let alone down at the riverside.

Time to give up on the paper version and do it by Twitter.
