I would not cancel the concert yet. All we have to do is get from Rutland to I-89 in the east side of the State. Rt. 4 is the accepted means of doing so, but there are other possibilities. I merely wanted to point out that, this soon after the storm, with flooding still going on, and getting worse in the larger rivers, we have to be a little cautious for at least the rest of the week. There are so few adequate east-west roads in northern New England in the best of circumstances...
