I've been thinking a lot about writing lately. It's really a comfortable way to create. I suppose one could write, even if the product is a simple song, and remain a writer but not a performer.

I've also been thinking about "temperamentally unsuited for anything else". That has been me for the last few months, and will probably take a stab at doing something else to find out for sure. I'm always thinking of a quote I read somewhere --- "The music people who are the most successful are the folks who can't do anything else".

But I'm not convinced about that...
