Yes, I agree with Howard. And all the complaints about the tiny black on grey print that you couldn't read without a spotlight and magnifying glass.
Some of the performers details seemed to have been lifted from a previous year without proof-reading and contained details that were past use-by-date.

I saw an excellent, new-to-me, group, Crucible Trio, and couldn't find them in the programme at all, just the concert listing.

And, as ever, I object to the daftness of posting a letter to ask me to post a letter, to send you a stamp to post me a programme. I'd rather pay in advance when I bought the ticket. And all other communication by email. An internet programme would be good.

But those are all quibbles. My favourite festival, lots of traditional artists, a chance to do the things we enjoy, try somethig new, hear someone new. Isn't the Brunswick a good venue. The early evening dances in the Spa upstairs were excellent (the people who make the effort to get there early are such a joy to dance with). I am getting too old to enjoy dancing in crowded conditions or on the hard floor downstairs in the Spa (not sure what the answer is there, the Leisure centre was worse and the college too far away)

Thanks to all the organisers, stewards, callers, teachers etc. you are worth far more than we can pay you.
