Officially it is the Chocolate Church Arts Center. We all refer to it as the Chocolate Church. One performer sat on stage and casually commented that he had always heard of the Chocolate Church and wondered what was worshiped there. He thought it might be the God Iva.
One fund raiser they have every spring is called Death By Chocolate where local chefs showcase their favorite chocolate recipe. You pay an admission pricce and then tour the room sampling chocolate until you cannot eat any more.
Reading back through the posts I see I have to thank Pene for fixing (actually installing) the link to the pictures.
I also have to respond to some of the comments. Lonesome EJ we do not yet do G&S. I have done a little on my own time. I have some interesting pictures of me as Don Alhambra (Gondoliers). But Roll & Go mostly does traditional sea chanties. The striped shirts were there when I joined and are a curse I have to put up with.
Morticia, thanks for the snog. And here's one back at you. Be careful with those snogs. I don't want you to run out. One of these days I'm going to cross that pond and collect one in person.
Praise, I found your comment. Thanks, kid, I need all the nice words I can hear this week. I was going to post an "I need a hug" tread but someone else got to it first. I told my friends in the group about my week and their first comment was "It sucks to be you!"
To all: I'm glad you like the pictures. You always take a chance when you post pictures.
