The lyric "and to break the hearts of Cavan men, / she'll talk to me awhile." delights me every time. I love the digital age, when I can actually *tell* a person who wrote one of my favorite songs, possibly my favorite love song, how much I enjoy it and how much happiness it brings to my life each time I hear it or sing it.
