Just a word of caution - if you happen to be putting heavy gauge strings on to a guitar which has, until now, been fitted with medium or light gauge strings, be careful that the neck action is adjusted to take the heavier gauge.

You may be playing in DADGAD tuning but you still have to fret the strings, so you don't want to (a) strain your guitar neck (b) have a hard action which makes playing difficult.
