Thanks for your kind words Don. The landlord has intimated that he would be willing to do the same again next year. The sunday session was equally good but we had to have it indoors because it kept threatening to rain.

A special thanks to the Old Trout band who came from Hampshire to help run the session.

Saturday evening session was good. I was a bit worried as the friday evening session had been ruined by some musos starting a tune session in an adjacent area of the pub half way through our session. The din became so loud that only a few loud voiced singers could cope. I was surprised at this rudeness as I thought most folkies more polite but someone who knew a few of the people who started the session said ' what do you expect from that lot'. Well, I expect better.
