Of course, I believe he was only emulating his hero, Woodrow Wilson Guthrie, who also was not bad at thieving tunes and concepts to suit his own purposes. Bob Dylan's Dream is a concept different from Lady Franklin's Lament, it's just the tune (outright) and the structure that he used.
