14 lever set is unusual, I think. Usually 16s or 18s. Could be wrong. Put a query on NAWCC with description.
Are the jewels 'screw-set'? These jeweler name watches can have anything from so-so to excellent movements, usually Swiss. With the 25-year case, could be pretty good. Some have RR acceptable movements.
