I agree with John in a way. It's obviously made for TV. First of all, the restaurant owner must have been paid because they wouldn't have been able to video it otherwise, right? Then, he commits assault with a deadly spaghetti and a lethal pie ON CAMERA.

And, grown men grandstaning about all the dangers... flames, grease, hot water... they didn't look like they were scared of grease!

Based on that ONE clip. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it.
