Ok, I really meant it when I said I was incompetant, when I go to Netscape View it has an arrow pointing up,a command symbol and a bracket, do I push these in sequence or hold them all down together or what. I pushed what I thought the instructions meant on my keyboard and nothing happened. Duh.
