Some baby sitters work a few hours for a family when the parents go out on an occasional date.

Other people are called baby sitters, but they are working full-time, raising children. They deserve the same benefits as other workers, even if they are minority females and even if their employers are not a business in the usual sense.

The same applies to cleaners and handymen.
