Had an appointment today with my Dr buddie. He was going through his file and found this letter. Well about a year or so ago Russ ordered a CT scan on my neck to check the implanted rods and bolts etc. I waited so long in the little room that I got ticked off and left. My doc buddie received this letter:

Dear Dr. xxxx

In regard to your patient Dan, we brought him in from the waiting room and had him change into the hospital gown for the CT Scan that you ordered. Upon our return, all we found was the hospital gown piled in the middle of the floor and no Dan.

Please accept our sincere apologies for we fear we may have inadvertently vaporized him.
