One of Britain's top folk dance bands will be playing for our festival dance on Saturday at the well-appointed Bridge View Hall in Malling on Saturday evening - Event 15
03] CHRIS WOOD Spitfires
The Union Music Store is promoting this hugely popular performer at the Elephant and Castle on Friday night. - Event 2
04] THE COPPER FAMILY Claudy Banks
The iconic family of English traditional singing are back at the festival this year and will be presenting a specially prepared show with performance and memories backed up by historic recordings and projected images on Sunday at the Elephant and Castle - Event 23
05] SID KIPPER The Drag Hunt
The folk scene's funniest man, He has been called "The folk world's comic genius", "Norfolk's redoubtable folk hero", and "A visionary/warbler from Trunch". See him on Saturday evening at the Elephant and Castle. - Event 13
06] THE LONG HILL RAMBLERS Frankie and Johnny
This exciting and hugely talented new quartet comprising Laura Hockenhull, Tab Hunter, Ben Paley and Dan Stewart will be headlining on Saturday evening at The Royal Oak - Event 14
07] THE TWAGGER BAND The Oyster Girl's Rant / The Cuckold
This very popular local quintet will be in concert at the Royal Oak on Sunday lunchtime then later they will be leading a song and dance session in the same venue. - Events 17 and 19
08] ANDY TURNER Down By The Seaside
As well as playing concertina with The Geckoes, Andy will be giving an hour's performance at the Royal Oak on Saturday lunchtime. He is a superb singer of traditional songs and a very fine musician - Events 6 and 15
09] TERRY MASTERSON The Song of Wandering Aengus
The man who started the very first folk club in Lewes in the mid-1960s is still very active on the folk scene in and around Sussex. He is the featured artist in the Sunday afternoon singaround at The Royal Oak - Event 22
10] STUART REED Rolling Home
Stuart's remarkable voice was heard as the lead singer with the longest running and most popular folk group in Sussex, The Taverners. On Sunday afternoon he will be hosting the singaround at The Royal Oak Event 22
