I am seeking help to find the words and tune for a very humourous song called "The one-eyed Cormorant looking for a Shag".

I heard about this song at Whitby Folk Week this year and was told little bits of it and was told that when others heard this song they ended up with an ache in their sides from so much belly laughing.

Someone mentioned the name of the person who wrote the song but I can't remember it know and sincerely hope that I do not offend the author of this song or anyone else by asking for details of it here on Mudcat.

So hope I am not doing anything inappropriate and that someone can help me.
