I've taken it off once or twice, and cut it very short a few times but I've had a beard most of my adult life. I've never liked shaving nor the time it took, so now all I do is trim it about once a month. I generally wear it kinda short, but not always. Grooming was never my strong suit. Even the one time I shaved my head I didn't shave my face. I suppose my character is reflected in my grooming habits, and that's just fine. I don't think it has anything to do with my musical interests, except to admit that less time shaving may mean more time musicfying. Hmmm...Mooh.
