OldDude, when you send the broccoli, I think you would be doing Steph a great kindness by chopping it, steaming it lightly, chilling it, and then folding it into some yummy lime Jell-O -- perhaps with some sardines, cherry tomatoes and mini-marshmallows for added intrigue -- in a sealable Tupperware gelatin mold.
