I believe it is now Black Oak Ranch 5 miles north of Laytonville on Highway 101...and there are several festivals there including Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival, http://www.katewolf.com/festival/index.htm, the http://thegaiafestival.com/about-us/black-oak-ranch-history, the labor Day Pig Nic and Rainbow Circus and Clown School.
