oops, a little typo in the second blicky!

forgot to include a report from Canberra Chris who was their host when they performed at the Merry Muse, Canberra.

Friday night at the Muse went very well, but with disappointing numbers - perhaps a familiar story! It was lovely to have them stay, and I really liked the cornemuse. I now know where Gower is too.

Our audience was small, too - 31 paid, 6 performers, 4 partners, 6 volunteers, but everyone was a singer, so it was the usual great singing audience.

3 floorspots got us singing. I forgot to take pics of the others & only have pics of the surprise of the night.

Ozcatter Squeezeme turned up! I've not heard him play before apart from once on a CD with his old singing partner, Nick Lock with whom he performed as Bodmin Gaol in the 80's. They hadn't rehearsed but did such a great job, I've told them they are obviously back together again, so will be booked for the Dog next year!

Carole & Andrew also wowed the audience & when our official video-er, Ray sorts out what he has, we'll post a few songs from the evening on the Loaded Dog's Youtube channel

Wheeze & Suck Band also did their usual great show, so a good time was had.

Ray also took his camera to freda's session & recorded a fair bit.

We had a great weekend.
