That last comment about Chrisine's singing is interesting,
   
"By herself, great singer though she is, I can't take more than a few songs in one sitting"

I think that's down to the intensity of her singing style.
Because she has a powerful voice, she tends to blast the audience with that power.
I think she'd be well adviced to hold back on that power a lot of the time.
