Richard... also under Brit common law... if the taxpayer funded the research, the taxpayer has the rights to the research and any proceeds from the exploitation thereof. Not the big drug companies. Fact is, someone in government... politicians, public servants... are getting rich off of what should be a PUBLIC "enterprise". There is NO need to do otherwise.
