I'm interested in the bugle. Been playing since Boy Scout days and now (for reasons too complicated to go into here), I've found an actual excuse to play fairly often.

I've been doing some looking around and have found some good sources for the military bugle calls: Taps and the like. But on one of the sites I found were a handful of bugle marches and/or quicksteps.

The first question is the obvious: Does anyone know where I can come up with sheet music for tunes like this, with parts? I'm most interested in (roughly) Civil War vintage, but one of my sources informed me that there simply weren't many of them published then ... by anybody. So ANY similar songs would be welcome.

Second question: What is a "quickstep" anyway? How is it different from a march?
