I wsa away down south this weekend for a Cancer UK charity lunch, and a catch up with old college days friends...all in 30C heat! I am back up north now in 14!

The roof trussses are up, and I hope the roofers will be here in the next day or so to sort that out. Not sure when the rooflight will go in, as I haven't heard from the planners yet. (I daresay it may get put in anyway!) I need to find out when the interior structures will be done, so that I can time the cooker delivery.

All of a sudden I can see most of my wreck of a lawn, and it looks like I might be able to salvage it. Needs a bloody good haircut, though. It's got to be 6 inches long at least. Once the builders have gone, i'll be straight at it!
