Just spoke with an engineer friend of mine who's in the electricity business. I asked him if he'd encountered any studies that showed any link between harmful health effects from radiation caused by high-voltage lines. His answer was no. He was aware of the flawed study done in the late 1970s, and nothing has come up since that's conclusive one way or the other.

I'll look on Mr Google again, but I ain't holding my breath.
