Correction: The book is by Sandy Reid, called, "Never To Return." I have discovered another written by Patsy Whyte, called "No Easy Road." grand niece of Betsy Whyte, who wrote "Yellow On The Broom." Patsy, like Sandy was taken from her family in the 1950's.
