It has nothing to do with the fed. It is not the fed's goddamn business if states vote to have medical marijuana dispensaries. This is the Obama administration's doing--no one else can be blamed. Funny how the liberals seem incapable of getting pissed off at him for what is clearly an intrusive big govt policy but he can't seem to mobilize anyone or anything to get the economy righted.
