Appreciate what you're saying. It only goes to re-iterate what I've said about music for so long. At the end of the day who can say where it came from but like Darwin's theory of evolution, either a tune or an idea sparked by some lyrics, will generate a whole new clutch of songs, some of which will be in a different hemisphere.
Can you imagine what it will be like if we ever get to colonise other planets? In years to come there will be e-mail/internet addicts like us discussing which solar system a tune came from.
