There are at least 4 children's songs/games floating around in this thread that just happen in some versions to have a similar first line. The OP was asking for versions of the song/game that uses the tune of Ach du Liebe Augustin as mentioned by JoyBell, but as the OP was 10 years ago I don't suppose it matters much now. The other songs all have distinct but different tunes and have little else in common but the first line. You'll probably find all of these in numerous versions in Opie or Gomme or a more recent equivalent.
