BB-Take a good look at this 999 plan---It would tax corporations at 9% of Gross income less capital expenditures (IF they were expenditures for items made in the US.) No deductions for salaries, medical plans, deprciation, R&D, rentals etc. That should do a good job of bankrupting corporations.
The so-called "Party of Business" seems to have a great deal of difficulty distinguishing between revenues, net income and profits.
THeir basis for economic comprehension appears to be Joe the Plumber.
