Here's an Irish variation that my grandma and own mother from Belfast would do, with actions on my face:

Here's where the cat sat, (left eyebrow)
here's where he spilt his broth (right eyebrow)
Eye winker (left eye)
Tom tinker (right eye)
nose dropper
mouth eater
chip chopper chin chopper chin chopper (tickling under the chin)

And I now do it to mine.
