I missed the reposnses - Sorry all but I can now thank you for them and for your kind thoughts. It was just over a year ago that Gary passed away and it is still difficult to believe. It is the Swinton Festival this weekend and last year it was too close to his passing to really sink in. But this time we will miss him terribly. I just hope someone will sing "Me and Julio" and that we can toast him with his favourite drink - Lemon Merangue:-) (Glen Morangie - You had to be there!)

Sadly his Mum passed away during the year but it was not unexpected and she had been in poor health for a long time. Bernie and Gary's Dad have been a great comfort to each other and although his loss is still felt very keenly it is a comfort to them both that friends are thinking of them.

I don't have any pictures to share but I still hope to put the footage I have of him at the Ribblehead do. Bernie watched it with trepidation but when she saw him and the rest of us motley crew she said she could not help but laugh along. I will get round to posting it somewhere - Probably YouTube - when I can get my bum in gear and do somthing constructive!
