Since the Tories are hell-bent on an unfettered market, and they clearly want education and health to be completely part of that market, then why would we expect anything else?

What really puzzles me is why any of the electorate vote them in when their plans and plots are transparent - more of what we had last time. It's such a shame we don't even have an effective opposition.
